Wow, did some lay pull down and dual puller row and wow! Felt so good but are tough to do, made me sweat and my heart go up. Feels good and lots of pain I guess, the good pain

Doing some abdominals for the abs stomach to make it better I guess? Feeling good with energy, I feel overweight and tired all the time, this is why I am doing exercise plus want to feel better and eat healthier

Well I am at planet fitness for the first time of my life, it feels good on here, I already ran 15 minutes and burnt some 90 calories, I feel good with energy, I also had a frappe drink prior to entering here, just to give me some energy. I am now doing some bicep curls.
