It was a great work out yesterday, did 2 hours of full body weight lifting and did sweat a lot and that is good.Today I am not hurting nor in pain so that is really good. It was great and I am so happy that am doing this great workouts.

I think I gained all the weight that I had lost over the holidays, but I want to also do muscle so all the fat or extra weight I should convert to muscles. I will have to do lots of exercise.

It was a great xmas, went to upstate New York and was good with family. It was not that cold, the weather was good with us. I am about to continue my fitness exercise today, will go in for two hours and do exercise. Mistreated my health and body during the holiday and is time to burn those calories.

I would also like to encourage you to start a fitness plan, it is good for the body and health!

I finished my exercise and it was intense, my shoulders hurt a little and is the good pain. I hope soon I can see results of my body shape and weight.
