Food Today
Doing a smoothie, frozen strawberries, blueberries, skim milk little bit, almond milk unsweetened, 1 banana, feel better in morning but still feel some nerves here and there and ears noise.
6:24 bowl cereal, almond milk unsweetened and small little bit corn flakes. The food today doesn't bother ne because I even fell asleep for 30 minutes
8:30 apple
10:43am milk almond sweetened, oats and cinnamon, feeling OK for now.
2pm ate chicken breast, pierna, muslo, salad, cottage cheeses, half avocado – feeling ok
3:21pm ate a big mac no cheese no mayo or anything, just meat and salad stuff
6:30 pm one apple
7pm one small piece chicken
7:15pm 2 small sweet potato
I feel a little bit nerves while laying down
Verdict: felt nerves but not as intense as the other day previous to this day. Also experienced some red ears about 8pm little bit. 11 pm I fell asleep and nerves were gone
