11am ate 2 small chicken pieces, breast and muslo, feel ok right now. While working on computer felt the nerves a bit
2 small apples 1:50pm – feel ok
2:45 chipotle, brown rice, cheese, chicken al pastor, lettuce – feel ok
5:25pm corn flakes sweetened and normal almond milk, one banana and 1 orange – feeling ok
6PM chicken rico pollo – one drumstick muslo, half of breast and wing
The verdict: watch out what you eat cause red ears came back. I don't feel the nerve pain much and slept well but red ears came back. Don't eat fat or bad food. Seems like maybe the meat fat is the culprit. Drink lots water, lime or lemon and when this happens. Also that apple cider vinegar, after all the drinking water and up down stairs the red ears gone little by little.
