I feel nerves a bit, it changed after last food. I think the 3 tortillas. I think could also be high glucose foods. All that can turn into glucose sugar on blood. Stay away from bad carbs and glucose

9pm was watching tv and felt my nerves, also today I have been lot better without any pain. Has been a good day without nerve pain.

7:50 I am concluding that wheat and gluten allergy is that I might have because the nerve pain has continued. I still feel some still. Don't eat anything with wheat gluten cause that might be the issue. Allergy issues
Verdict: had benadryl and everything left and was able to sleep good

The verdict: careful of the sugar you consume, I think sugar also messing me up. At night I woke up at 1:50pm feeling very bad. I could feel the nerves again and ears ringing, was feeling bad. Had two glass water and did number two and felt better.
Sugar too much during the day is bad for me
Watch out if you do too many push ups. It seems something messed up my nerves could be the pushups. woke up at 5 am very bad again. It feels as if my blood flow is not good? or the nerves but makes me feel weak and nerve pain and all messed up weak
Verdict: watch out for sugar and the pushups – something made my night miserable tonight, nerves till the next day feeling
Woke up late today huh? 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar, big slice of papaya.

8:25pm green grapes – been feeling good all day

while working with computer felt some nerves but was able to sleep. I think grapes made me sleepless and went to sleep at 12pm
I woke up with arm messed up and eyes didn't look normal, I could feel different and nerves a little. Woke up and nerves a little.

11am ate 2 small chicken pieces, breast and muslo, feel ok right now. While working on computer felt the nerves a bit

6PM chicken rico pollo – one drumstick muslo, half of breast and wing
The verdict: watch out what you eat cause red ears came back. I don't feel the nerve pain much and slept well but red ears came back. Don't eat fat or bad food. Seems like maybe the meat fat is the culprit. Drink lots water, lime or lemon and when this happens. Also that apple cider vinegar, after all the drinking water and up down stairs the red ears gone little by little.
Doing a smoothie, frozen strawberries, blueberries, skim milk little bit, almond milk unsweetened, 1 banana, feel better in morning but still feel some nerves here and there and ears noise.
6:24 bowl cereal, almond milk unsweetened and small little bit corn flakes. The food today doesn't bother ne because I even fell asleep for 30 minutes

3:21pm ate a big mac no cheese no mayo or anything, just meat and salad stuff

I feel a little bit nerves while laying down
Verdict: felt nerves but not as intense as the other day previous to this day. Also experienced some red ears about 8pm little bit. 11 pm I fell asleep and nerves were gone
Feeling OK, just little nerves on my hands arms, but been ok. Eating some sting beans and 2 small carrot pieces.
10:40-10:50 had bowl of quaker oatmeal, 1 banana and Almond Unsweetened Milk
2:45 feeling OK since last meal, little things but been ok. I had chipotle chicken al pastor, lettuce vegetables and brown rice. It also had little bit cheese.
7pm eating a filet tilapia, I have been feeling good all day long, I hope it stays that way. At 7:05 and up I was laying down and watching tv and I felt bad things by my heart and feeling more my nerve pain, I am thinking the fish was bad and maybe mercury?
10:16 pm BE careful with fish, I was good all day long and after the tilapia filet my nerves started acting up. I feel them again, more on my head at this time. Hopefully it will go away but eat less fish
Bingo, I went to bed for a bit and my nerves are messed up all body head and all. I think mercury in fish might be messing me up so stay away from fish
10:54 had a glass milk the normal one, had one apple and 4 egg whites and avocado to see what happens since my nerves are pain again. I slept well so the eggs and last items I ate are not bad for me. The bad stuff for me during the day is fish
